What an intense 24 hours it's been in the Central Okanagan as the McDougall Creek fire intensified, and then spread to the east side of the lake north of Downtown, and now a third fire in Lake Country.
Many families have been impacted either through being on evacuation alert, or being ordered to leave their home not knowing if it will be there when they return. The impact will be far reaching, and won't be fully known for a long time to come.
