Data security is a shared responsibility. Here are some things you can do to protect your personal information:
Do not send files or images of your data via text message or email.
Do not make requests for changes to your accounts via text, email, social media messaging. I am unable to verify the identity of the sender given the increasing frequency of email and social media accounts being hacked.
Only use the secure Member’s Support Form in the ProsperWise Member’s Space to make requests, changes, and provide updated information. All submissions are encrypted and secure.
